Skylines The Band (Youth): Skylines The Band are a youthful 9 piece blues/jazz band ensemble. Most of the boys met through the WBS monthly youth jam. Rachelle Coba: Rachelle Coba mastered the finger-picking techniques of classical guitar while earning a Bachelor of Music degree at the University of Miami.
